Giving Up Smoking |
|
|
You should
prepare to quit. Remember, failing to plan is planning to fail. Pick a
quit date. Tell your friends and family and get their support. It is
also a good idea to tell others because it will be more difficult to
start smoking again if you have to face everyone again and say… I
couldn’t do it. This will get your colleagues back into your life as a
support system. Even smokers want to see a person succeed in quitting
smoking. People that use medication are twice as likely to quit then
others that do not use any supplements. |
